These services can be booked and paid for by debit and credit cards and charges are only applied after the work is carried out.

Refund Poilcy for debit / credit card payments

Where payments have been taken to secure a booking, and the service is cancelled giving us 24 hours notice or more, we will action the refund for  the full amount charged to the card within 14 working days. If you cancel our visit within 24 hours of the appointment time or the visit is abortive you will still be charged the full amount and no refund will be offered.
